摘要
磷酸三(2-丙基-1-庚)酯合成的最佳工艺条件是采用氯化镁,催化剂用量为三氯氧磷重量0.05%,反应温度60-65℃保温2小时,真空抽酸反应温度为75-80℃,时间为2小时,2-丙基-1-庚醇与三氯氧磷的摩尔配比3.2:1,收率为:92.6%。
A synthetic process of tris(2-propyl-1-heptyl) phosphate was studied in this paper, the optional technological conditions were obtained:the proportion of reaction materiel was 3.2:1(2-propyl-1-heptanol: oxy-chloride);reaction temperature 60-65℃;reaction time 2 h;The reaction temperature of vacuum acid extraction is 75-80 ℃ within 2 h. Production overall yield reached 92.6%.
