油气田地面工程提质增效工作成果与展望

Achievements and Prospects of Improving Quality and Efficiency of Surface Engineering in Oil and Gas Fields

油气田地面工程是实现上游业务低成本开发、高质量发展,保证原油产量稳中有升、天然气产量快速增长的重要环节。本文全面分析了近些年中国石油天然气集团有限公司油气田地面工程提质增效工作取得的成果,结合企业保产量、控成本的目标,深入研究和探讨了新形势下老油气田地面生产系统提质增效的潜力和措施,提出了未来着力做好系统优化运行、产品增值、精益生产和科技创新等方面的工作,强化开源意识,突出效益生产,推动油气田地面建设与管理持续上台阶。

The surface engineering in oil and gas field is an important part of realizing the development of upstream business with low cost and high quality, ensuring steady increase of crude oil output and rapid increase of natural gas output. This paper summarized surface engineering achievements in recent years improving the quality and efficiency of CNPC. Aiming at the dual challenges of keeping production and controlling costs, this paper proposed suggestions on optimizing operation, increasing product value, lean-production and innovating science and technology. In order to improve operation and management of oil and gas field, it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of increasing product value and benefits.
