摘要 以东北区域某330 MW亚临界供热机组为例,针对机组辅机设备改造后未对快速减负荷RB (Runback)逻辑进行修改完善的问题,对送风机、引风机、一次风机、给水泵RB逻辑进行优化设计。经实际验证,RB逻辑动作可靠,可有效保障机组安全、稳定运行。 Taking a 330 MW subcritical heat supply unit in northeast area of China as an example,the runback function hadn t been revised after its auxiliary apparatus reconstruction.The runback function of the feedair draft fan,the induced draft fan,the primary air fan and the feedwater pump need to be optimal designed.Through the experimental verification,the runback logic is reliable which can effectively guarantee the safety and the stability of the unit operation.
