智慧停车项目质量管理措施分析

摘要 项目是为创造独特的产品、服务或成果而进行的临时性工作,是组织创造价值和效益的主要方式。项目管理将知识、技能、工具与技术应用于项目活动,以满足项目的要求,其通过合理运用与整合特定项目所需的项目管理过程得以实现,从而使组织能够有效且高效地开展项目。项目质量管理是指确定质量方针、目标和职责,并通过质量体系中的质量规划、质量保证和质量控制以及质量改进,从而实现所有滚利自能的全部活动。文章对此展开了分析。 Projects are temporary work to create unique products, services, or results,and the main way an organization creates value and benefits. Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements, it is achieved through the proper use and integration of the project management processes required for specific projects. Project management enables organizations to effectively and efficiently carry out projects. Project quality management refers to the determination of quality policy, goals and responsibilities, and the realization of all profitable activities through quality planning, quality assurance and quality control and quality improvement in the quality system. This paper analyzes it.
