冷弯薄壁拼接梁承载力研究

摘要 大型有限元软件的发展,很大程度地提高了结构的精度和效率,所以采用有限元模拟对冷弯薄壁拼接工字梁进行分析。在钢结构中钢梁作为主要的受弯构件,截面形式大部分为工字型,在工字型截面基础上,采用拼接截面。文章为了研究冷弯薄壁拼接梁的力学性能,对4种截面形式的钢梁进行有限元模拟,通过对有限元模拟结果的分析,探究腹板、翼缘对承载力的影响。 With the development of large-scale finite element software, the accuracy and efficiency of the structure are greatly improved, so the finite element simulation is used to analyze the cold-formed thin-walled splicing I-beam. In the steel structure, the steel beam is the main flexural member, the section form is mostly I-shaped, on the basis of I-shaped section, splicing section is adopted. This paper in order to study the mechanical properties of cold-formed thin-walled spliced beams, four kinds of steel beams with different sections are simulated by finite element method. Through the analysis of the finite element simulation results, the effects of webs and flanges on bearing capacity were explored.
