摘要
目的研究心内科应用药品规范化管理的效果。方法在该院2018年11月—2019年10月救治及诊疗的心内科患者中随机选定54例,遵循随机法分组,实验组纳入27例患者并展开药品规范化管理,对照组纳入27例患者并展开药品常规管理。结果与对照组进行数据对照,实验组用药差错事件发生情况、满意度、高危药品质量检查结果、高危药品知识掌握情况、护士药物知识理论考试成绩均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心内科应用药品规范化管理,可获得理想成效。
Objective To study the effect of standardized management of medicines in cardiology.Methods 54 patients were randomly selected from the cardiology department treated and diagnosed in the hospital from November 2018 to October 2019.They were grouped according to the random method.The experimental group included 27 patients and standardized drug management.The control group included 27 patients and routine drug management was implemented.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of medication errors in the experimental group,satisfaction,high-risk drug quality inspection results,knowledge of high-risk drugs,and nurses'theoretical knowledge of drug knowledge,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiovascular medicine can achieve ideal results with standardized drug management.
