Medical quality management is the core issue of hospital management,and medical quality evaluation is its precursor.In the process of medical quality management,the researcher first proposed the concept of the Medical Quality Indicator Pool(MQIP).The construction of MQIP needs to pay attention to the principles of universality,individualization and continuous improvement,and needs to be combined with information collection and analysis methods.The proposal,construction and improvement of the MQIP concept can reflect the medical quality more comprehensively and in real time,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the hospital.
