护理人员共情能力培训在精神科护理安全管理中的作用

The Role of Nursing Staff Empathy Training in the Safety Management of Psychiatric Nursing

目的分析精神科护理安全管理中护理人员共情能力培训的应用效果。方法选取2015年8月—2018年10月该院精神科收治的120例患者以及40名护理人员为研究对象,将护理人员随机分为两组,其中观察组护理人员接受共情能力培训,对照组护理人员未接受共情能力培训,同样随机将患者分为两组,对照组患者由对照组护理人员提供护理服务,观察组患者由观察组护理人员提供护理服务,对比两组护理人员共情能力评分、患者护理满意度评分以及患者不良事件发生情况。结果与对照组对比,观察组护理人员换位思考、情感护理、观点采择3项共情能力评分更高(P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组患者护理满意度评分更高(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为1.67%,低于对照组的21.67%(P<0.05)。结论精神科安全管理中护理人员共情能力培训的应用效果显著,利于提高护理人员共情能力,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing staff empathy training in psychiatric nursing safety management.Methods From August 2015 to October 2018,120 patients and 40 nursing staff admitted to the psychiatric department of the hospital were selected as the research objects.The nursing staff were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was trained in empathy ability.The nursing staff in the group did not receive empathy training.The patients were also randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were provided with nursing services by the nursing staff.Ability score,patient care satisfaction score,and patient adverse events were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the nurses in the observation group scored higher on empathy,emotional nursing,and opinion choice(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction scores(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 1.67%,which was lower than 21.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff empathy training in psychiatric safety management has a significant effect,which is helpful to improve nursing staff empathy and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
