浅谈以中医为主导的城镇“抱团养老”模式

A Brief Talk on the Model of "Taking Support for the Aged" in Towns with TCM as the Leader

2018年,我国65岁及以上人口比重达到11.9%,0~14岁人口占比降至16.9%,人口老龄化程度持续加深。当前中国社会养老面临的根本问题是支付水平无法满足成本的需要,主要表现为政府财政投入和老年人支付能力不足。要加强相关问题研究,推动养老服务由政府单一主体向社会多元供应转变,营造全社会重视养老问题的良好氛围。中医学—中国传统医学对于亚健康状态、老年慢性病的调治有独特优势。在全科(家庭)医生的配置上,中医应该可以、也完全可以独当一面;独挑大粱。以老年人现有住房作置换,在交通便利小区“抱团养老”,有良好的社会效应。这种以家庭医生为先导,以大、中型医院为后盾、有中医特色的老人医护体系——“抱团养老”期盼国家出台扶持政策。

In 2018,the proportion of the population aged 65 and over in China reached 11.9%,the proportion of the population aged 0-14 fell to 16.9%,and the ageing of the population continued to deepen.At present,the fundamental problem that China's social pensions face is that the level of payment cannot meet the cost needs,which is mainly manifested by the government's financial investment and the elderly's ability to pay.It is necessary to strengthen the research on related issues,promote the transformation of old-age care services from a single government body to multiple supply of society,and create a good atmosphere for the whole society to pay attention to old-age care issues.Traditional Chinese Medicine-Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the management of sub-health and chronic diseases of the elderly.With regard to the configuration of general practitioners(family)doctors,Chinese medicine should be able to do it alone,and it can do it alone.Replacing the existing housing of the elderly and"holding the group to support the elderly"in convenient transportation districts has a good social effect.This kind of medical care system for the elderly,guided by family doctors and backed by large and medium-sized hospitals,has the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
