不良事件分析及护理安全管理在结核病区护理的作用探究

Adverse Event Analysis and Role of Nursing Safety Management in Tuberculosis Area Nursing

目的讨论不良事件分析及护理安全管理在结核病区护理的作用。方法选择该院从2017年3月—2019年3月入院的结核病的患者,且通过护理系统上报发现了不良事件的患者,共58例,将各种不良事件进行归纳与分类,并且对比分析不良事件与工作年限有差别的护士之间的联系。结果常出现护理不良事件的几个分别是给药错误、标本错误与管道滑脱三种,工作年限在三年以下的护士出现不良事件比较多,占护理不良事件中的63.79%。结论在临床护理结核病区患者的过程中,应该严格的执行院内的相关规定,并且加大安全与管理方面的力度,进一步提高护士的专业素质,强化风险与责任的意识,提高护士的业务能力,加强护士的业务培训。

Objective To discuss the role of adverse event analysis and nursing safety management in tuberculosis nursing.Methods Patients with tuberculosis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 and reported adverse events through the nursing system were reported.A total of 58 patients were summarized and classified,and compared and analyzed.The link between adverse events and nurses with different years of service.Results There were three kinds of nursing adverse events:medication errors,specimen errors and tube slippage.Nurses with less than three years of work experienced more adverse events,accounting for 63.79%of nursing adverse events.Conclusion In the process of clinically nursing patients in tuberculosis areas,the relevant regulations in the hospital should be strictly enforced,and efforts in safety and management should be strengthened to further improve the professional quality of nurses,strengthen the awareness of risks and responsibilities,and improve the nurses'ability,strengthen the professional training of nurses.
