角色扮演式教学在糖尿病护理教学中的效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究角色扮演式教学在糖尿病护理教学中的效果评价。方法选择2017年6月—2018年11月在该院接受治疗的100例糖尿病患者。按照随机数字表法将所有患者均分为观察组(50例)与对照组(50例)。观察组与对照组护理学生各50名,均是同一学校同一年级的学生。对照组的护理学生给予传统的教学模式进行教学,观察组的护理学生给予角色扮演式教学。对比两组护生的教学效果以及两组患者的护理满意度情况。结果观察组护生的教学的护理总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意度(96.00%)明显高于对照组患者的护理总满意度(80.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论角色扮演式教学在糖尿病护理教学中能够有效提高学生的主动性与积极性,提高学生的交流沟通能力与团结合作能力等综合素质,值得临床推广运用。 Objective To study the effect evaluation of role-play teaching in diabetes nursing teaching.Methods 100 patients with diabetes who were treated in the hospital from June 2017 to November 2018 were selected of this study.All patients were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group and the control group each had 50 nursing students,all of which were students of the same grade in the same school.The nursing students in the control group were given traditional teaching mode for teaching,and the nursing students in the observation group were given role-playing teaching.The teaching effects of the two groups of nursing students and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the patients in the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group(80.00%).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Role-playing teaching can effectively improve students'initiative and enthusiasm,and improve their comprehensive qualities such as communication and unity and cooperation in diabetes nursing teaching.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
