摘要
目的研究分析护理路径在高血压患者护理教学中应用的临床效果。方法分析该院2018年3月—2019年3月实习护理实习生180名,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组90名,对照组开展常规教学活动,观察组开展护理路径教学模式,比较两组实习生考核成绩和带教老师及患者对其评价满意度情况。结果观察组护生的理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩明显高于对照组护生(P<0.05);观察组护理实习生的带教老师及患者评价满意度高于对照组护生(P<0.05)。结论在护理实习生教学中开展护理路径教学模式能够提高护理实习生的考核成绩,提高带教老师及患者对护理实习生的满意度,保证护理教学活动顺利进行。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of nursing pathway in nursing teaching of hypertension patients.Methods Analyzed 180 internship nursing students in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group of 90 people each.The control group conducted routine teaching activities,the observation group carried out the nursing path teaching model,compared the two groups of interns'assessment results and the satisfaction of teachers and patients with their evaluation.Results The theoretical and practical assessment scores of the nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the nursing students in the control group(P<0.05);the instructors and patients of the nursing internships in the observation group had higher satisfaction ratings than the nursing students in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of nursing pathway teaching mode in the teaching of nursing interns can improve the assessment results of nursing interns,improve the satisfaction of teachers and patients with nursing interns,and ensure the smooth running of nursing teaching activities.
