摘要
目的研究结核病知识培训对结核病护理质量影响的分析。方法该次研究样本选取时间为2018年3—12月,研究对象为该院接呼吸内科病区的52名护士。通过针对护理人员互动式的培训结核病知识,并针对培训前后进行了问卷调查分析。结果52名护士经培训后,对于结核病知识的知晓率均有明显的提升。结论通过系统全面地进行结核病知识培训可以提升护理人员的专业水平,从而提高结核病的护理质量。
Objective To study the impact of tuberculosis knowledge training on the quality of tuberculosis care.Methods The sample of this study was selected from March to December,2018.The study subjects were 52 nurses in the hospital receiving respiratory medicine ward.Through the interactive training of TB knowledge for nursing staff,and a questionnaire survey analysis before and after training.Results After training,52 nurses had a significant increase in awareness of TB knowledge.Conclusion The systematic and comprehensive training of tuberculosis knowledge can improve the professional level of nursing staff and improve the quality of tuberculosis care.
