摘要
目的探讨合作学习在普外科护理见习教学中的应用效果。方法于2017年3月—2018年5月选择普外科护生28名,参照组实施传统的教学方案;研究组实施合作学习教学。结果两组在护生考核结果方面相比较,研究组护生的理论考核成绩与病历书写成绩高于参照组(P<0.05)。两组护生在教学模式的评价方面相比较,研究组护生的知识掌握更加牢固、利于加深记忆点、提高主动学习兴趣、锻炼表达能力与沟通能力、积极参加见习、提高思维能力与处理问题能力、提高团队协作能力以及健康教育信心增强方面优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在普外科护理见习教学中选择合作学习应用效果理想,利于护生与授课老师共同进步,提高护生理论与实践结合能力,有助于日后工作顺利开展。
Objective To explore the effect of cooperative learning in general surgical nursing trainee teaching.Methods Twenty-eight general nursing students were selected from March 2017 to May 2018.The reference group:implemented the traditional teaching program;the research group:implemented cooperative learning and teaching.Results The two groups were compared in terms of the results of nursing students'assessment.The theoretical assessment scores and medical record writing scores of nursing students in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the evaluation of teaching models of the two groups of nursing students,the nursing students of the research group have a firmer grasp of knowledge,which is conducive to deepening the memory point,increasing the interest in active learning,exercising the ability to express and communicate,actively participating in apprenticeships,improving thinking ability and handling problems ability,improvement of teamwork ability and confidence in health education were better than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cooperative learning in general nursing probation teaching is ideal,which is conducive to the common progress of the nursing students and the instructors,and to improve the ability of nursing students to combine theory with practice,which is helpful for the smooth development of future work.
