目标教学法在康复护理实习教学中的应用效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在康复护理实习教学中使用目标教学法的效果分析。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2019年7月在该院进行康复护理实习的62名实习生,进行随机抽取,各抽取31名,设为研究和对照两组,用目标教学法的为研究组,用常规教学的为对照组,比较两组的教学成绩,护理质量以及护理满意度。结果研究组教学成绩,护理质量比对照组优(P<0.05),护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在康复护理实习教学中使用目标教学法,可以有效提高实习生的实习成绩,并且提高实习生的护理质量和护理满意度,达到教学目标,因此具有临床应用的价值。 Objective To explore the effect analysis of using target teaching method in rehabilitation nursing practice teaching.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 62 internship students who had undergone rehabilitation nursing in the hospital from January 2017 to July 2019.Random selection was performed,31 cases were selected each,and they were set as study and control groups,using the conventional teaching as the control group,comparing the teaching performance,nursing quality,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The teaching quality of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of target teaching method in rehabilitation nursing practice teaching can effectively improve the internship performance of interns,and improve the quality of nursing care and satisfaction of interns,and achieve teaching goals,so it has clinical application value.
