延伸护理对老年冠心病PCI术后患者用药依从性影响的教学研究

Teaching Study on the Effect of Extended Nursing on Medication Compliance of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI

目的讨论延伸护理对老年冠心病PCI术后患者用药依从性影响的教学研究。方法该次研究样本选取时间为2018年3月—2019年3月,研究对象为该院心血管内科实习的36名实习学生。将给予传统教学法临床护理组设为对照组,将给予延伸护理教学护理组设为实验组,每组18名。对比两组实习生的教学效果和病例组患者的用药依从性。结果两组学员在学习了不同的护理模式后,两组实习生的成绩均有所提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组考试成绩平均分数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的服药依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用延伸护理方式针对老年冠心病PCI术后患者的服药依从性效果显著,并且能够提升实习生的对老年冠心病知识的掌握,还能够提升实习生的理论考试成绩和实践沟通能力,对实习生在今后的临床实践和解决问题方面有着重要的应用价值。

Objective To discuss the effect of extended nursing on teaching compliance of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods The sample of this study was selected from March 2018 to March 2019 of the following year.The research objects were 36 intern students of cardiovascular medicine internship in our hospital.The clinical nursing group given the traditional teaching method was set as the control group,and the nursing group given the extended teaching method was set as the experimental group,with 18 in each group.The teaching effect of the two groups of interns was compared with the medication compliance of the patients in the case group.Results After learning the different nursing modes,the performances of interns in both groups were improved,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average score of the test group in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the clinical contrast significance was established(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of extended nursing method for elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI has significant effects on medication compliance,and can improve interns'knowledge of elderly coronary heart disease.Interns have important application value in future clinical practice and problem solving.
