妇产科的医患关系影响因素及解决对策研究

Study on Influencing Factors of Doctor-patient Relationship in Gynecology and Obstetrics and Its Countermeasures

目的探讨妇产科的医患关系影响因素及解决对策。方法选取2017年1月—2018年6月对该院住院治疗以及门诊就诊的患者200例进项调查。分析医患关系影响因素。结果沟通较少占30.0%;告知、解释工作不到位占40.0%;沟通中态度冷漠,缺乏真诚占66.5%;对患者的隐私不够保密占57.5%;行为举止占29.0%;专业技术不精湛占10.5%。结论通过对妇产科的医患关系进行研究,了解影响的因素以及相关的解决对策,可以更好地促进两者之间的关系,应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship in gynecology and obstetrics and its countermeasures.Methods From January 2017 to June 2018,200 cases of inpatients and outpatients in the hospital were investigated.Analysis of influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship.Results Less communication accounted for 30.0%;inadequate communication and interpretation accounted for 40.0%;indifferent attitudes in communication,lack of sincerity accounted for 66.5%;inadequate confidentiality of patients accounted for 57.5%;behavior and behavior accounted for 29.0%;professional skills not superb10.5%.Conclusion By studying the doctor-patient relationship in obstetrics and gynecology,understanding the influencing factors and related solutions can better promote the relationship between the two and should be further promoted and applied.
