继续医学教育是在医学院校教育和毕业后医学教育之后进行的在职教育。其目的旨在加强卫生专业技术人员对本专业的新知识、新技能的学习和使用,掌握最新的专业知识,了解本专业的发展方向。该文通过分析该院目前继续教育的现状,发现其中存在的问题,为在现有基础上进一步做好继续医学教育培训,提高继续医学教育的效果,提出相关建议和意见。

Continuing medical education is on-the-job education after medical school education and post-graduate medical education.Its purpose is to strengthen the learning and use of new knowledge and skills of health professionals and technicians,to grasp the latest professional knowledge,and to understand the development direction of the profession.By analyzing the current status of continuing education in the hospital and finding out the existing problems,in order to further improve the continuing medical education training on the basis of the existing,to improve the effectiveness of continuing medical education,put forward relevant suggestions and opinions.
