习近平外交演讲文本兼具语言特色鲜明、文化信息密集和高度的政治政策性的特征。语料研究表明,为使译文既保持与原文的等值信息量,又兼顾演讲者政治立场的表达和中国文化的传播,译者需对文本语言和文化的默认值进行显化处理;通过延展模糊语、中国特色词汇和四言词组内涵的策略,突出文化负载词;通过切换无主语句、拆分复合句和保留对偶句的方法,显化特色句式;通过明晰代词、连接词或其他话语标记语的手段,凸显逻辑关系。

Xi Jinping’s speech boasts distinct linguistic connotation,intensive cultural information and strong political feature,the connotative meaning of which can be well translated in an explicit way.An analysis of related corpus indicates that,in order to transmit the equivalent information as the original text and expresses the speakers’political stand and disseminates Chinese culture in an efficient manner,the translators highlight culture-loaded words by extending the connotative meaning of vague words,words with Chinese characteristics and four-character idioms,underscore unique sentence patterns by giving transforming subjectless sentences,splitting compound sentences and reserving Chinese antithesis in sentences,and explicitate logical relationship by supplementing pronouns,conjunctions and other discourse markers.
