摘要
针对单立柱堆垛机运行过程中加减速对立柱产生的振动激励问题,以某单立柱堆垛机为研究对象进行有限元振动分析。建立该堆垛机的有限元仿真模型,基于不同加减速策略进行对比分析。分析结果表明,十五段S形加减速策略对单立柱堆垛机的振动激励最小,能够提高堆垛机的定位效率。
Aiming at the vibration excitation caused by acceleration and deceleration on the column during the operation of the single column stacker,the finite element vibration analysis was carried out with a single column stacker as the research object.The finite element simulation model of the stacker was established to perform comparative analysis based on different acceleration and deceleration plans.The analytic results show that the 15 stages S type acceleration/deceleration plan has the least vibration excitation for the single column stacker,which can improve the positioning efficiency of the stacker.
