摘要
针对某曝气器在使用中曝气盘底部螺纹管发生脆性断裂的问题,对该曝气器进行了材料试验和拉伸试验。建立曝气器的三维有限元模型,应用ANSYS Workbench软件对曝气器进行强度分析,确认曝气器的薄弱点,并进行优化设计。通过加固曝气盘底部螺纹管壁厚和改变曝气盘底部螺纹管结构,获得了性能更好的曝气器。
In order to solve the problem of brittle fracture of the threaded pipe at the bottom of the aeration disc of an aerator,the aerator was subjected to material test and tensile test.The 3D finite element model of the aerator was established,and the strength analysis of the aerator was performed via ANSYS Workbench software to identify the weak point of the aerator and optimize the design.An even better aerator was obtained by reinforcing the wall thickness of the threaded pipe at the bottom of the aeration disc and modifying the structure of the threaded pipe at the bottom of the aeration disc.
