摘要 结合电力市场改革方向,对市场运营中实时电价下的供需响应策略进行了研究,建立了考虑零售商利润和用户用电效益最大化的实时电价模型。仿真结果表明,实时电价作为供需响应策略,在电价的经济杠杠下,能够充分发挥电力市场的作用,增加用户自主选择的意愿,鼓励用户积极参与电力市场调控,优化电网日负荷曲线,有效削峰填谷,提高电力系统稳定性。 Based on the orientation of power market reform,the supply and demand response strategies are studied under realtime electricity prices in market operations.A real-time electricity price model that comprehensively considered retailer profits and user electricity efficiency is established.The simulation results show that the real-time electricity price is used as a supply and demand response strategy can fully exert the role of the electricity market due to the drive of economy of the power consumption,increasing the willingness of users to choose independently and encouraging users to actively participate in the regulation of the power market,consequently optimizing the daily load curve of the power grid and effectively shaving the peak to improve the stability of the power system.
