摘要 鲁固特高压直流工程黄河跨越段跨距长,杆塔高度高,承载负荷大,设计难度大,跨越塔设计是工程设计的关键环节。通过多种方案对比、经济性比较,采取了系列结构优化措施,跨越塔采用了外型美观、结构布置紧凑的展翅型塔头方案,选用Q420钢管塔结构,风振系数计算方法安全可靠、节点设计合理、施工及检修设施适应性强,可为后续工程黄河大跨越铁塔设计提供参考。 For the long span transmission line project of Lugu UHVDC crossing the Yellow River,the span is large,the tower height is high,external load is large,the design difficulty is large,so the design of crossing tower is the key link of engineering design.Through various schemes comparison and economic comparison,a series of structural optimization measures have been adopted,and the scheme of wing-spreading tower head with beautiful appearance and compact layout is adopted,and the Q420 steel pipe is selected for the crossing tower,the calculation method of wind vibration coefficient is safe and reliable,node design is reasonable,construction and maintenance facilities are adaptable.The above can provide design reference for the follow-up design of the large-span crossing tower.
