摘要
500 kV电力线路背靠背铁无缝隙的杆塔更换I型悬垂绝缘子串时,传统带电更换绝缘子工具无法满足带电作业工作的需要。研究500 kV电力线路背靠背铁无缝隙的杆塔共性,制作可以安装在背靠背铁上的横担卡。新研制的横担卡具有可调节的上下三角结构,根据背靠背铁的尺寸将螺栓穿入可调节的上下三角结构孔上,从而使卡具具有很强的通用性。本装置既能便捷地固定于横担,也能方便连接绝缘吊杆,可以有效缩短作业时间,减少人力的投入。
For the work of replacement of I suspension insulator string for tower with back-to-back iron of 500 kV power line,traditional insulator replacement tools can’t meet the needs of live working.This paper studied the commonness of tower with back-to-back iron for 500 kV power line.Based on the understanding,a crossbar clamp was made that can be mounted on the back-to-back iron.The newly developed crossbar clamp has adjustable upper and lower triangular structure.The bolt is penetrated into the adjustable upper and lower triangular holes according to the size of the back-to-back iron,so that the crossbar clamp has a strong versatility.The device can be conveniently fixed on the crossbar and easily connected to insulated suspender.It can effectively shorten the working time,reducing human labor.
