摘要
由于环保要求的提高,已经实现封闭改造的煤场,必须实现堆取料机的远程全自动控制与煤场的三维可视化,从而解决煤场的恶劣环境导致的人员安全问题,并在设备安全稳定运行的过程中实现全过程的三维监控。煤场的监控以前主要是通过视频监控进行辅助,缺乏整体的立体展示效果,因此实现煤场3D的展示是非常有必要的。选用SICK LDLRS3611激光扫描仪作为主要硬件,同时利用扫描的点云数据进行优化建模,利用OpenGL技术与Unity3D技术实现煤场的三维可视。
Due to the rising standard of environmental protection,the enclosed coal yard should be equipped with fully automatic remote control of the stacker and reclaimer and the three-dimensional visualization of the coal,so as to improve personnel safety and to ensure the whole process monitoring during operation of the equipment.The monitoring of the coal yard was conventionally realized through video surveillance however it lacked the overall three-dimensional display effect.Therefore,it is very necessary to realize the 3 D display of the coal yard.This paper mainly studies the SICK LD-LRS3611 laser scanner as the main hardware,and uses the scanned point cloud data for optimization modeling,and uses OpenGL technology and Unity3 D technology to realize the three-dimensional visualization of the coal yard.
