摘要
文章以万家口子水电站为例对混流式水轮发电机组主要部件安装过程进行概述,技术人员优化安装步骤,规范安装方法,总结关键技术,使安装和管理规范化、标准化,提高机组安装效率,取得最大的经济效益。笔者重点探讨分析水轮机、发电机安装,机组盘车及轴线调整技术。
Taking Wanjiakouzi Hydropower Station as an example,this paper summarizes the installation process of the main components of Francis turbine generator set.The technicians optimize the installation steps,standardize the installation methods,summarize the key technology,standardize the installation and management,improve the installation efficiency of the unit,and achieve the maximum economic benefits.The author focuses on the analysis of hydroturbine and generator installation,unit turning and axis adjustment technology.
