摘要
薄体复杂结构高拱坝碾压混凝土施工质量受气候条件、原材料质量、混凝土生产能力、入仓方式以及仓面现场组织管理等因素影响较大。笔者针对万家口子水电站碾压混凝土双曲拱坝坝体工程特点,介绍了施工中采取的一系列质量控制与高效施工措施,这些措施有效地确保坝体施工质量与进度要求。
The construction quality of high RCC arch dam with thin complex structure is greatly affected by climate conditions,quality of raw materials,concrete production capacity,placing mode and site organization and management of placing area.According to the characteristics of the RCC double curvature arch dam of Wanjiakouzi Hydropower Station,the authors introduce a series of quality control and efficient construction measures adopted in the construction,which effectively ensure the construction quality and schedule requirements of the dam.
