摘要
万家口子水电站碾压混凝土双曲拱坝具有曲率大、倒悬度大、壁薄、拱坝高度大、施工难度大等特点,为满足拱坝碾压混凝土优质连续快速施工,根据坝体特征参数及已建拱坝模板设计经验,结合万家口子水电站拱坝工程实际,技术人员研发设计出一套适用于碾压混凝土双曲拱坝施工的双曲率可调、连续翻升模板。施工实践表明,该套模板满足了万家口子水电站拱坝复杂结构和施工需要,在该工程应用中取得了较好成效,为碾压混凝土高效、快速施工创造条件。
The RCC double curvature arch dam of Wanjiakouzi Hydropower Station has the characteristics of large curvature,large overhang,thin wall,high height and great construction difficulty.In order to meet the requirements of high-quality,continuous and rapid construction of RCC arch dam,according to the characteristic parameters of dam body and the design experience of the already built arch dam form,combined with the actual situation of the arch dam project of Wanjiakouzi Hydropower Station,the technicians developed and designed a set of continuous turnover form with adjustable two-way curvature suitable for the construction of RCC double curvature arch dam.The construction practice shows that the set of form meets the complex structure and construction needs of Wanjiakouzi Hydropower Station arch dam,and has achieved good results in the application of the project,creating conditions for efficient and rapid construction of RCC.
