花卉中色素的提取与性质研究

花卉种类繁多,颜色鲜艳多彩,是天然的色素提取原材料,这些色素提取可以用作纺织品染料、绘画用涂料、食品色素、化妆品颜料等,针对不同颜色、不同品种的花卉,要实现对其内含色素的有效提取,必须要用对方法,在完成色素提取后,还可以对应地分析其主要性质,这样能够判断提取的色素有哪些用途,是研究色素应用范围的关键。对此,以常见的花卉品种-康乃馨为例,探究这一花卉的色素提取方法和流程,并对提取的色素性质进行分析。

To this end, the common flower variety, carnation are taken as an example to explore the pigment extraction method and process of this flower, and to extract the pigment property analysis.
