正交法设计超声萃取新疆硫磺沟煤的最佳条件

摘要 采用超声萃取的方法,在相同萃取条件下,研究了新疆硫磺沟煤在甲醇、乙酸乙酯、乙醇和石油醚4种溶剂中的萃取率。结果表明,甲醇萃取效果较好。为了得到甲醇超声萃取新疆硫磺沟煤的最佳条件,采用正交设计的试验方法,以萃取率为试验指标,选取3个相对重要的因素:萃取温度、固液比和萃取时间。最终结果表明,当温度为55℃、固液比为1∶20、萃取时间为1.5 h时,甲醇超声萃取新疆硫磺沟煤的萃取效果最好。 The extraction rate of Xinjiang sulphur ditch coal in the four solvents of methanol, ethyl acetate, ethanol and petroleum ether was studied under the same extraction condition. The results show that methanol extraction has good effect. In order to get the best condition of Xinjiang sulphur ditch coal methanol ultrasonic extraction, orthogonal design method is adopted, the extraction rate as test index, selecting three relatively important factors: extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time. The final result shows that when the temperature of 55 ℃, solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20, extraction time of 1.5 h, methanol ultrasonic extraction of Xinjiang Sulphur ditch coal extraction rate is highest.
