摘要 中等职业学校学生群体由一群中考受挫折的学生组成,频度较高的失败体验使这个群体的学生自尊水平普遍较低,习得性无助心理现象普遍。班级是学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的主要载体,是学生在校学习生活的共同体。聚焦"核心素养"背景,融合积极心理学理论知识,重新探讨班级团队建设新模式,理想的班级应能让人人享受爱、人人受尊敬、人人都有发展机会、人人都能体会成功和快乐,并能在此集体中巩固文化基础,培养自主发展能力及责任担当意识,通过合作交往提高创新能力和解决问题能力。研究从班主任的实践经验出发,探寻中职班级团队建设的实施途径,为同类中等职业学校班级学生团队建设提供范例。 The secondary vocational school student group is composed of a group of students who fail in the middle school entrance examination, and the students’ self-esteem level is generally low and the acquired helplessness psychological phenomenon is dispersed because of the high frequency of failure experience. Class is the main carrier of students’ self-education, self-management and self-service, and is the community of students’ study and life in school. Focusing on the background of "core literacy", integrating the theoretical knowledge of positive psychology, and re-exploring the new model of class team building, thinks that the ideal class can make everyone enjoy love, everyone be respected, everyone have the opportunity to develop, everyone experience success and happiness, and consolidate the cultural foundation in this collective. Cultivate the ability of independent development, form the consciousness of responsibility, and improve the ability of innovation and problem-solving through cooperative communication. Based on the practical experience of the head teacher, the implementation ways of class team construction in secondary vocational schools are explored, and an example for the team construction of class students in similar secondary vocational schools is provided.
