摘要
采用高温退浆酶/双氧水对PLA/PHBV/粘胶交织物进行一步法前处理,探讨了高温退浆酶、双氧水及精练剂的用量、pH值、保温温度和保温时间等因素对前处理效果的影响,通过测试织物的白度、断裂强力和失重率等指标,确定其合适范围。再进一步利用L1(645)正交试验分析上述因素对前处理效果的影响,从而确定其最佳前处理工艺为退浆酶2 g/L、双氧水6 g/L、精练剂3 g/L、双氧水稳定剂2 g/L、保温温度80℃,保温时间30 min、pH=8、浴比为1∶30。试验结果表明,高温退浆酶/双氧水一步法前处理工艺能满足PLA/PHBV/粘胶交织物的后续生产要求。
One-step pretreatment of high temperature desizing enzyme/hydrogen peroxide is used for PLA/PHBV/viscose interwoven fabric.The effects of dosages of desizing enzyme,H2O2 and scouring agent,pH value,holding temperature and time are discussed and their suitable range is determined ac⁃cording to whiteness,breaking strength and mass loss ratio of PLA/PHBV/viscose interwoven fabric.Fur⁃thermore,L16(45)orthogonal test is used to analyze the influence of the above factors on the pretreat⁃ment of PLA/PHBV/viscose interwoven fabrics.The experimental results show that the one-step pre⁃treatment of high temperature desizing enzyme/hydrogen peroxide can meet the subsequent process requirements of PLA/PHBV/viscose interwoven fabric.
