摘要
介绍了液体分散染料的优点,分析了分散染料商品化过程中的3种研磨设备及各自的优缺点,比较了4种印花方法。指出液体分散染料是从源头解决印染废水废渣排放的关键因素,而糊料和黏合剂则是直接影响染料固着率、印花花型轮廓清晰度和色牢度的主要因素。详细介绍了制备少污染少排放液体分散染料过程中染料滤饼、染料研磨剂和防沉剂的选择。探讨了连续染色用液体分散染料开发及连续热溶染色技术,为液体分散染料的涤纶少水应用技术提供了全面的理论分析和技术支撑。
The advantages of liquid disperse dyes are introduced.Three kinds of grinding equipments and their advantages and disadvantages during the commercialization of disperse dyes are analyzed.4 kinds of printing methods are compared.It is pointed out that liquid disperse dye is the key factor to solve the discharge of printing and dyeing wastewater residues from the source,while the paste and binder are the main factors that directly affect the dye uptake,the clarity of printing pattern and the col⁃or fastness.The selection of dye filter cake,dye abrasive and anti-settling agent in the process of pre⁃paring liquid dispersion dye with less pollution and less discharge is introduced in details.The develop⁃ment of liquid disperses dyes for continuous dyeing and the technology of continuous hot melt dyeing are discussed,which can provide a comprehensive theoretical analysis and technical support for the ap⁃plication of liquid disperse dyes in polyester dyeing with less water.
