摘要
东盟各国纺织服装产业已形成一定的产业集聚,东盟各国纺织服装产业集群的发展得益于全球纺织服装供应链的转移及跨国公司的对外投资。在“一带一路”倡议下,为提高自己的国际竞争力,中国纺织企业积极“走出去”,主动布局海外,邻近的东盟成为对外投资的主要地区之一。中国纺织服装企业有自己独特的优势,投资东盟面临良好发展机遇的同时也存在一定的风险。在投资决策前应运用SWOT分析法对自身和外部环境进行全面的分析评价,合理进行投资布局,加大对机械设备研发、面料、服装设计和品牌等高端环节的投资,融合新动能新模式,增强企业竞争力。
The textile and clothing industry of ASEAN countries,which has formed a certain industrial agglomeration,is benefited from the transfer of global textile and clothing supply chain,and the foreign investment of multinational companies.Under the“Belt and Road”initiative,in order to improve international competitiveness,with unique advantages,Chinese textile enterprises actively“go-out”and invest in neighboring ASEAN countries.However,investment in ASEAN is facing both good development opportunities and certain risks.Therefore,SWOT analysis shall be adopted before the investment to analyze and evaluate internal and external environment comprehensively,to further carry out the investment layout reasonably,to increase the investment in the high-end links such as the R&D of machinery and equipment,fabric,clothing design and brand,to integrate the new kinetic energy and new model,and to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises.
