21世纪海上丝绸之路经济带区域经济与物流发展耦合评价研究

On Coupling Evaluation of Regional Economy and Logistics Development in Marine Silk Road Economic Belt in 21st Century

通过构建耦合协调发展模型,分析了2006-2017年21世纪海上丝绸之路经济带区域经济与物流发展的协调关系,结果表明:从时间角度来看,海上丝绸之路经济带区域经济与物流耦合协调发展度呈现出总体上升趋势,两者协调性稳步提升;从空间角度和增长率来看,不同省区的耦合发展度呈现出非均衡化发展的特点,地区差异明显,海上丝绸之路经济带区域经济与物流整体融合发展水平不足。最后根据研究,提出对接“一带一路”战略,发展现代物流,以六大经济区物流设施融合发展为突破口,打造海上丝绸之路经济带南北“珍珠链”的整体协调发展建议。

Based on the model of coupling coordinated development,this paper analyses the coordinated relationship between the logistics development and regional economy in the Marine Silk Road Economic Belt in the 21st century from 2006 to 2017.The results indicate that,the coordinated development degree of regional economy in this regional belt and logistics development shows an overall upward-going trend from the perspective of time,and the coordination between them has been steadily improved;the coupling regional development of different provinces shows the characteristics of unbalanced development from the perspective of space and growth rate,with obvious regional differences and insufficient integration of logistics development and regional economy in the Marine Silk Road Economic Belt.Finally,according to the research,the author suggests that we adopt the“The Belt and Road”strategy to develop the modern logistics,meanwhile take the integration of logistics facilities in the six major economic zones as a breakthrough to build the overall coordinated development around the pearl chain in the north and south of the Marine Silk Road Economic Belt.
