摘要
随着历史的发展,人们在日常饮食实践中积累和创造出饱含中华民族传统文化特色的调味文化。通过文献整理、调查研究,文章总结了现阶段中国调味文化旅游主要研究成果,分析了四川调味文化旅游开发现状,并提出了四川调味文化旅游发展的对策建议,以促进四川调味文化与旅游产业的进一步融合发展。
During the process of historical development,the Chinese have accumulated and created in their daily diet practice a flavoring culture peculiar to the traditional Chinese civilization.Through literature review and investigation,this article summarizes the main research results of flavoring culture tourism in China at the present stage,analyzes the development status of flavoring culture tourism in Sichuan before offering strategies and suggestions for the development of flavoring culture tourism in this province.It is hoped that with these measures taken flavoring culture and tourism industry can be further integrated there.
