摘要
脊髓损伤是脊髓遭受外力打击后,损伤节段以下运动、感觉功能不完全或完全丧失的一种高致残率损伤。重建脊髓损伤部位的微环境,诱导轴突和神经元再生是治疗脊髓损伤的关键。水凝胶可为轴突和神经元再生提供结构支架,搭载细胞和活性因子,促进损伤修复。目前,水凝胶的研究仍停留在动物实验阶段,水凝胶特性各异,种类繁多。本文回顾了2015-2018年水凝胶及其相关的细胞治疗、分子治疗在脊髓损伤治疗领域的研究进展,有助于进一步探讨水凝胶在脊髓损伤治疗中的应用。
Spinal cord injury(SCI), typically caused by external force on spinal cord, can result in complete or incomplete loss of motor and sensory function under the damaged section. It has a high disability rate. Reconstructing the microenvironment of lesion site and inducing axon and neuron regeneration are crucial to the treatment of SCI. Hydrogel can provide scaffolds for axon and neuron regeneration, carry cells and cytokines, and promote tissue repair. At present,research on hydrogel still remains at animal experiment phase. Hydrogels vary in types and characteristics. This review will focus on the research progress of hydrogel and corresponding cellular and molecular therapeutics of SCI from 2015 to 2018, which is helpful for further research.
