大数据视域下政府统计的SWOT分析及其对策研究

SWOT Analysis and Countermeasure Study of Government Statistical Work in the Light of Big Data

大数据技术应用方兴未艾,为政府统计提供了品类丰富、形式多样、途径不一的数据来源,极大地提高了统计分析的时效性、准确性,政府统计工作由此有了质的飞跃。本文以政府统计工作的创新为旨归,在对大数据在政府统计应用中的SWOT分析的基础上,有针对地提出了若干对策建议,以期大数据时代的政府统计工作能够与时俱进,发挥更大的作用。

The unfolding big data technology has been ascendant,providing tremendous data sources to the public sector in rich and various forms.It has greatly improved the timeliness and efficiency of government statistical work,thus resulting in a qualitative leap in the government’s statistical work.This paper not merely evaluates the impact of big data on the government through SWOT analysis,but also recommends ways so that big data technology can empower government operations and programs,with the purpose of fostering innovative government organizations.
