“大智移云”背景下高校票据管理问题分析与流程优化研究 被引量：2

摘要 以"大智移云"为代表的新兴技术正在改变人们的组织和工作方式,本文以高校票据管理为切入点,分析了传统票据管理流程存在的问题,并基于"大智移云"背景进行了针对性的解析,提出了针对高校票据管理的优化路径,为高校进一步贯彻《关于全面推开财政电子票据管理改革的通知》等文件精神提供了有益的参考.
