Flood control scheme for the lower reaches of Baier River in Shiyan urban area,Hubei Province

湖北省十堰市百二河下游城区现状防洪能力薄弱,城区段河道行洪能力不足,行洪断面卡口众多,为提高百二河下游城区的防洪能力,分析了影响百二河河道干流防洪能力原因,通过多方案比选,提出了有效防洪途径,由此实现百二河下游城区100年一遇防洪标准。

The present flood control capacity of the lower urban of Shiyan City Baier River in Hubei Province is weak.The flood discharge capacity of urban channel is insuffi-cient.There are many bayonets on the flood passage section.In order to improve the flood conrol capacity of Baier River.This article analyses reasons for affecting flood prevention capacity,and puts forward some effective ways to flood control through comparing schemes.Therefore,the 100-year flood control standards of urban area of the lower reaches of Baier River can be realized by these measures.
