复方斑蝥胶囊联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of compound banmao capsule combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的系统评价复方斑蝥胶囊治疗晚期胃癌的有效性。方法检索Pubmed、Cochrane图书馆、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库(WanFang)。按照纳入、排除标准筛选随机对照试验(RCT),参照Cochrane质量评价标准,采用Revman5.3进行Meta分析。结果纳入11个RCT,共839例晚期胃癌患者。Meta分析显示,复方斑蝥胶囊联合化疗在提高有效率[RR=1.65,95%CI(1.37,1.99),P<0.00001]和生活质量[RR=1.54,95%CI(1.28,1.84),P<0.00001],以及降低副反应(恶心呕吐、腹泻、白细胞减少、血小板减少)方面均优于单纯化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于单纯化疗组,复方斑蝥胶囊联合化疗对晚期胃癌治疗具有增效减副以及改善生活质量的作用,值得临床研究。

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of compound banmao capsule in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods Pubmed,Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,CBM and WanFang databases were retrieved.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the coch-ranle quality evaluation criteria were referenced for meta-analy-sis by Revman 5.3.Results Eleven RCTs were included,and a total of 839 patients of advanced gastric cancer.Meta-analysis shows that Compound Banmao capsule combinied with chemotherapy improved the effevtiue rate[RR=1.65,95%CI(1.37,1.99),P<0.00001]and the quality of life[RR=1.54,95%CI(1.28,1.84),P<0.00001],and reduced side effects(nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,leucopenia,thrombocytopenia),the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the pure chemotherapy group,compound banmao capsule combinecl with chemotherapy can enhance efficacy and reduce side effects in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,and can improve the quality of life,which it is worthy of clinical promotion.
