摘要
立体精细节能是紧紧围绕“效率、效益、精细”三大主题,针对油田开发,通过应用效益分类评价和多学科成果,实现单井个性化管理,通过低效循环治理,减少低效能耗;针对地面集输,为了满足节气与水质管理的要求,需要进一步明确转油站的外输温度、掺水温度和掺水量的控制标准,通过合理的定温定量管理,优化机泵运行,减少集输中的能耗,逐步实现节能装备全覆盖、节能措施全方位、节能管理全过程,达到最大限度地挖掘采油队节能潜力的目的。
The three-dimensional fine energy saving is closely around the three themes of"efficiency,benefit and fine",aiming at the oilfield development,through the application of benefit classification evaluation and multi-disciplinary achievements,to realize the individual management of single well,through the low efficiency recycling treatment,to reduce the low efficiency energy consumption;for the surface gathering and transportation,in order to meet the requirements of solar terms and water quality management,it is necessary to further clarify the transmission temperature of the oil transfer station The control standards of degree,water temperature and water volume,through reasonable constant temperature and quantitative management,optimize pump operation,reduce energy consumption in gathering and transportation,gradually realize the full coverage of energy-saving equipment,comprehensive energy-saving measures,and the whole process of energy-saving management,so as to maximize the energy-saving potential of oil production team.
