电磁预热技术在喇嘛甸油田管道施工及维护中的应用

摘要 管线焊接是油田管道施工安装的主要工序,焊接质量的好坏直接关系到今后油田管道运输能否安全运行,因此,确保油田管道的焊接质量就显得尤为重要。喇嘛甸油田针对冬季地面管线施工因温度低造成管线本体伤害从而影响生产的问题,现场采用管道电磁预热的方法。通过室内试验及现场施工中验证,运用管道电磁预热技术可以做到降低工程成本,确保焊接质量,取得节约施工工时896 h以上,节约成本5.6万元的良好经济效益。 Pipeline welding is the main process of oil field pipeline construction and installation.The quality of welding is directly related to the safe operation of oil field pipeline transportation in the future.Therefore,it is particularly important to ensure the welding quality of oil field pipeline.In Lamadian oilfield,the electromagnetic preheating method is used to solve the problem of pipeline body damage caused by low temperature in winter.Through laboratory test and field construction,it is proved that the pipeline electromagnetic preheating technology can reduce the engineering cost,ensure the welding quality,save more than 896 hours of construction time and 56000 yuan of cost.
