摘要 文中介绍了JWGS技术在玉门炼化催化裂化装置烟气除尘脱硫系统中的应用及所产生的效果,应用该技术后使洗涤塔入口烟气二氧化硫由1322 mg/m^3降低至出口的18 mg/m^3,脱除率达到了98.6%,按365天计每年可降低二氧化硫排放量1449.52 t,同理该技术使洗涤塔入口的颗粒物由237 mg/m^3降低至出口的27 mg/m^3,颗粒物的脱除率达到了88.6%,按365天计每年可降低颗粒物排放量233.45 t。其中排放口中二氧化硫、颗粒物含量均满足GB31570—2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》排放要求,实现了装置烟气稳定达标排放。 This paper introduces the application of JWGS technology in the flue gas dedusting desulphurization system of Yumen Refinery Catalytic Cracking Plant and its effect.After the application of this technology,the sulfur dioxide at the inlet of the washing tower was reduced from 1322 mg/m^3 to 18 mg/m^3 at the exit.The removal rate reached 98.6%.According to 365 days,the annual emission of sulfur dioxide can be reduced by 1449.52 tons.Similarly,the technology reduced the particulate matter at the entrance of the washing tower from 237 mg/m^3 to 27 mg/m^3 for export,and the removal rate of particulate matter reached 88.6%,According to 365 days,the annual emission of particulate matter can be reduced by 233.45 tons.The content of sulfur dioxide and particulate matter in the discharge reservoir meets the emission requirements of the GB31570-2015 Standard for the Emission of Industrial Pollutants from Petroleum Refining,and the stable discharge of flue gas from the device has been achieved.
