摘要
在油田采油工程中,人工举升装备是一项极为重要的技术,经过半个多世纪的发展和转型,形成了以抽油机、螺杆泵、电潜泵等多种举升装备技术,满足了国家油气资源开发的需要,但同时,随着绿色、环保、节能、安全等意识和要求日益增强,油田开发地下和地面情况的日趋复杂,目前举升装备能耗大、效率低、检泵周期短和智能化程度差已成为举升装备技术发展的瓶颈和掣肘,应及时开展针对性技术研究,实现举升装备的提质增效、绿色环保。
In oil field production engineering,artificial lifting equipment is a very important technology.After more than half a century of development and transformation,a variety of lifting equipment technologies,such as pumping unit,screw pump,electric submersible pump,have been formed to meet the needs of national oil and gas resources development.But at the same time,with the increasing awareness and requirements of green,environmental protection,energy saving and safety,the underground and ground conditions of oil field development are becoming more and more complex.At present,large energy consumption,low efficiency,short pump inspection period and poor intelligence of lifting equipment have become bottlenecks and constraints in the development of lifting equipment technology.Targeted technology research should be carried out in time to improve the quality,efficiency and environmental protection of lifting equipment.
