摘要 目的探讨鼻咽癌肝转移患者Zta蛋白表达与EB-DNA检测间的相关性。方法选取2017年6月-2019年6月间我院收治的鼻咽癌肝转移患者40例纳入研究,比较不同性别、不同肿瘤最大径、不同转移瘤数目以及不同分级患者EBV-DNA拷贝数;统计患者Zta-IgG和Zta-IgA的相对光密度值,并分析其与EBV-DNA水平的相关性。结果男性患者、肿瘤最大径>3cm、转移瘤数目>3以及Child-Pugh分级为B级的患者EBV-DNA拷贝数略高于女性;肿瘤最大径≤3cm、转移瘤数目≤3以及分级为A级的患者,差异无明显差异(P>0.05);肿瘤最大径>3cm、转移瘤数目>3以及Child-Pugh分级(B级)是鼻咽癌肝转移患者的危险因素,(OR>1,P<0.05);Zta-IgG、Zta-IgA与EBV-DNA水平均为正相关。结论鼻咽癌患者Zta蛋白表达与EB-DNA呈正相关,两者均可作为评估鼻咽癌肝转移患者感染情况的指标。 Objective To investigate the correlation between Zta protein expression and EB-DNA detection in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma liver metastasis.Methods Forty patients with liver metastases from nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were included in the study,and the EBV-DNA copy numbers of patients with different genders,different tumor sizes,different metastatic tumor numbers,and different grades were compared.;Calculate the relative optical density values of patients Zta-IgG and Zta-IgA,and analyze their correlation with EBV-DNA levels.Results The EBV-DNA copy number of male patients,patients with the largest tumor size>3 cm,the number of metastatic tumors>3,and Child-Pugh grade B was slightly higher than that of women,the largest tumor size≤3 cm,the number of metastatic tumors≤3,and the grade was There was no significant difference in patients of grade A(P>0.05);the largest tumor diameter was>3cm,the number of metastatic tumors was>3,and the Child-Pugh grade(grade B)was a risk factor for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma liver metastasis(OR>1).,P<0.05);Zta-IgG,Zta-IgA and EBV-DNA levels were all positively correlated.Conclusion Zta protein expression is positively correlated with EB-DNA in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,both of which can be used as indicators to evaluate the infection of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with liver metastasis.
