放射科医务人员职业紧张与工作满意度之间的关系 被引量:5

Relationship between professional stress and job satisfaction of radiological medical staff

摘要 目的:探讨放射科医务人员职业紧张与工作满意度之间的关系。方法:采取整群抽样方法,随机选取齐齐哈尔市4所三甲医院200名放射科医务人员为研究对象,进行自填式问卷调查。采用明尼苏达满意度问卷(Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire,MSQ)测量医务人员工作满意度,并根据结果将200名研究对象分为满意组(n=85)和不满意组(n=115)。比较两组付出-回报失衡(effort reward imbalance,ERI)问卷及工作内容问卷(job content questionnaire,JCQ)评分。采用Pearson相关性分析放射科医务人员的职业紧张和工作满意度之间的关系。结果:满意组工作要求评分显著低于不满意组,自主程度、社会支持、付出、回报及内在投入评分均显著高于不满意组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。满意组JCQ和ERI问卷评估为职业紧张程度高的人数分别为29名和33名,不满意组分别为75名和69名。两组职业紧张发生情况比较差异具有统计学意义(t=18.94,P=0.00;t=8.77,P=0.00)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,放射科医务人员工作满意度与工作要求呈负相关,与自主程度、社会支持、付出、回报及内在投入呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:放射科医务人员的职业紧张程度高,工作满意度低。应降低职业紧张,改善医务人员身心健康,提高其工作满意度以提高医疗服务质量。 Objective:To explore the relationship between professional stress and job satisfaction of radiology medical staffs.Methods:A total of 200 radiologists from four Grade 3A hospitals in our City were randomly selected as the research objects,using cluster sampling method,and a self-filled questionnaire survey was carried out.The job satisfaction of medical staff was measured by Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire(MSQ).The research objects were divided into satisfaction group(n=85)and dissatisfaction group(n=115).The score of effort reward imbalance(ERI)questionnaire and job content questionnaire(JCQ)were compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between professional stress and job satisfaction of medical staffs in department of radiology.Results:The job requirements score in satisfaction group were significantly lower than that in dissatisfaction group,and the scores of autonomy,social support,pay,return and internal input in satisfaction group were significantly higher than those in dissatisfaction group(P<0.05).The number of patients with high occupational stress assessed by JCQ questionnaire and ERI questionnaire was 29 and 33,respectively,while that of JCQ and ERI questionnaire in dissatisfaction group was 75 and 69,respectively.There was statistically significant difference in the incidence of occupational stress between the two groups(t=18.94,P=0.00;t=8.77,P=0.00).Job satisfaction was negatively correlated with job requirements,but positively correlated with autonomy,social support,pay,return and internal investment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The professional stress of radiology medical staffs is high and the job satisfaction is low.Professional stress should be reduced,physical and mental health of medical staffs should be improved,job satisfaction and medical service quality should be improved.
