换热站二次系统热平衡算法研究

摘要 供热系统完成初调节后,某支路热用户会因热量需求改变而发生流量改变,从而影响供热效果。为了满足此热用户的供热需求,又不影响其他热用户的供热需求,根据实际运行数据建立换热站二次管网循环泵电动机的功耗模型,模型的主要约束条件为各支路电动调节阀的开度、各支路水力平衡态,利用遗传算法的寻优能力,通过引入惩罚函数,将约束问题转化为无约束问题,以供热系统上所有支路热用户的供热平衡为最终目标进行寻优仿真。仿真结果表明,在满足所有支路热用户的供热平衡时,确保了循环泵电动机的运行功耗最小,得到了各电动调节阀的开度设置,节约热负荷约7.6%。所用方法有效地改善了热用户的供热需求,可为进一步深入研究二次网支路热用户的供热平衡提供参考。 After the initial adjustment of the heating system,the heat flow of a branch is changed due to the change in heat demand.In order to meet the heating requirement of the hot user,while the heating requirements of other hot users are not affected,according to the actual operation data,the power consumption model of the secondary pipe network circulating pump motor of the heat exchange station is established.The main constraint conditions of the model are the opening degree of each branch electric control valve and the hydraulic balance state of each branch.By introducing a penalty function,the powerful optimization capability by genetic algorithm transforms the constraint problem into an unconstrained problem,and optimizes the heating balance of all the branch heat users on the heating system as the final goal.The simulation results show that the operating power consumption of the circulating pump motor is minimized when the heating balance of all the branch heat users is satisfied,and the opening setting of each electric regulating valve is obtained.The method adopted effectively improves the heating demand of the heat user and saves the heat load by about 7.6%,which can provide a reference for further research on the heat balance of the secondary network branch heat users.
