针刺加热敏灸治疗肝移植患者腰腿痛的临床分析

Clinical research of acupuncture plus heat-sensitization moxibustion in the treatment of lumbocrural pain in liver transplantation patients

目的探讨运用针刺加热敏灸技术治疗肝移植患者腰腿痛。方法以肝移植术后腰腿疼痛患者(临床已排除肝脏病变引起的疼痛)为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,观察针刺加热敏灸疗法和特定电磁波(TDP)疗法的疗效,判断两组治疗方法的疗效差异。结果与对照组比较,针刺加热敏灸治疗肝移植患者腰腿痛具有更佳疗效,对患者肝功能无明显影响。结论运用针刺加热敏灸技术(具有无毒副作用的优点)治疗肝移植术后腰腿疼痛患者,为更多的肝移植术后腰腿疼痛患者提供了一种有效、安全而又较低廉的医疗技术服务,促进了公众和社会对针刺加热敏灸技术的认可和推广。

Objective To explore the treatment of lumbocrural pain in liver transplantation patients with acupuncture plus heat-sensitization moxibustion.Methods Patients with lumbocrural pain after liver transplantation(pain caused by liver lesions has been excluded clinically)were studied,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,to observe the curative effect of acupuncture plus heat-sensitization moxibustion and specific electromagnetic wave(TDP)therapy.Results Compared with the control group,acupuncture plus heat-sensitization moxibustion has better curative effect on lumbocrural pain in liver transplantation patients,and has no obvious effect on liver function.Conclusion Acupuncture plus heat-sensitization moxibustion(with the advantage of non-toxic side effect)were used to treat patients with lumbocrural pain after liver transplantation,it provides an effective,safe and inexpensive medical technical service for more patients with lumbocrural pain after liver transplantation,and promote the public and social recognition and promotion of acupuncture plus heat-sensitization moxibustion technology.
