血清Chemerin、脂联素、抵抗素水平检测在寻常型银屑病并发肥胖中的应用

Detection of serum levels of Chemerin, adiponectin and resistin in patients with psoriasis vulgaris complicated with obesity

目的研究寻常型银屑病并发肥胖因素的患者血清Chemerin、脂联素、抵抗素水平及其相互关系。方法选取2013年1月-2018年12月九江学院附属医院门诊及住院收治的寻常型银屑病患者共60例,其中并发肥胖因素者30例,无肥胖因素者30例,正常对照者22例。检测3组血清Chemerin、脂联素、抵抗素水平,观察三者检测水平与银屑病的相关性,同时评估其在合并肥胖因素的银屑病患者与无肥胖者之间的差异性。结果与正常对照相比,银屑病患者血清脂联素水平降低(P<0.05)、抵抗素及Chemerin水平升高(P<0.05)。在进行肥胖因素的关联分析显示,血清脂联素水平与肥胖呈负相关,血清Chemerin水平与肥胖呈正相关,抵抗素水平在两者之间无显著性差异。结论血清脂联素、抵抗素及Chemerin可能参与银屑病的发生、发展进程,血清脂联素、Chemerin水平与患者肥胖密切相关。

Objective To measure the levels of serum Chemerin,adiponectin and resistin in patients with psoriasis vulgaris complicated with obesity and their relationships.Methods From January 2013 to December 2018,60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were enrolled in the outpatient and inpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University.Among them,30 patients with obesity,30 patients without obesity and 22 were normal controls.The serum levels of Chemerin,adiponectin and resistin were measured.The correlation between the levels of Chemerin,adiponectin and resistin and psoriasis was observed.The difference between psoriasis patients with obesity and those without obesity was also evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the serum adiponectin level decreased(P<0.05),resistin and Chemerin level increased(P<0.05).The correlation analysis of obesity factors showed that serum adiponectin level was negatively correlated with obesity,serum Chemerin level was positively correlated with obesity,and resistin level had no significant difference between the two.Conclusion Serum adiponectin,resistin and Chemerin may be involved in the occurrence and development of psoriasis.Serum adiponectin and Chemerin levels are closely related to obesity.
